There are the questions we must answer to most foreigners.
Most people just hail taxis using Kakao taxi app.
The best ride-hailing app - Kakao Taxi. It's similar enough to Uber in that you enter your destination address, are sent the information of the taxi that will pick you with the license plate number, and then once you hop in the address is already set on the driver's GPS. The difference is that you get picked up by a taxi with a normal metered fare and pay the driver at the end of the ride.
Grab and Uber are both not available in Jeju Island.
So what are the alternatives?
People use public transportation to save money. However, people will have to deal with some inconvenience for public transportation.
